India's Parul Chaudhary bagged the bronze medal in the 3000m steeplechase at USATF Los Angeles Grand Prix on Friday.
The Indian athlete clocked a personal best timing of 9:29.51 to finish third in the race. USA’s Madie Boreman clocked 9:22.99 to bag the gold while Poland's Alicja Konieczek claimed the silver with a 9:25.51 run.

Chaudhary has been in great form this season. Earlier in May, she broke the women’s 5000m national record in a meet in Los Angeles and won the women’s 3000m steeplechase event at the Track Night NYC 2023 athletics meet in New York.
Other than the steeplechase athlete, India's Lili Das finished fourth in the women’s 800m final and Jinson Johnson and Rahul finished 11th and 12th, respectively in men's 1500m final.
