Tiger Woods was stunned by Lucas Bjerregaard in the quarterfinals of the WGC-Dell Match Play on Saturday.
Woods was either ahead or all square for most of the match, but Bjerregaard, whose career success has mostly come on the European Tour, surged in front by winning two of the final three holes. He parred the final hole while Woods bogeyed.

Tiger Woods' score: Results, highlights from WGC-Dell Match Play
HOLE 18: Woods misses his chance for par and Bjerregaard sinks it. That will do it. Lucas Bjerregaard slays Woods and will advance to the semifinals.

HOLE 17: Both golfers drive it on the green. Bjerregaard is 15 feet from the cup but makes the birdie putt. Woods responds with a birdie of his own and they are all square heading to the final hole.

HOLE 16: Woods and Bjerregaard both reach the green in two on the par-5. Bjerregaard makes the eagle putt after Woods misses his and we are heading to the 17th hole all square.

HOLE 15: Woods dodges a bullet as Bjerregaard's birdie putt barely misses. Both golfers settle for par. Woods stays 1 up with just three holes left. ( FUN FACT: The last four times Woods reached the quarterfinals, he went on to win the tournament.)
HOLE 14: Bjerregaard has a chance for a long putt to tie the match but misses. Both golfers make par and Woods remains 1 up.
HOLE 13: Back-to-back birdies for both golfers. Woods and Bjerregaard are playing well at this point. Woods can't create breathing room but Bjerregaard can't even the match. Should be an entertaining final five holes.
HOLE 12: Bjerregaard gets himself in trouble with an odd lie, but manages his way out of it. He actually put some pressure on Woods to make a somewhat challenging putt, which he did. Both golfers birdie as the match remains Woods 1 up.

HOLE 11: Well, after tying things back up, Bjerregaard gets off to a bad start on this hole. The winds continue to be a factor and appear to take his ball away from the green and into the water. Woods' tee shot isn't great, either, but at least it doesn't go in the water.
This hole has been a struggle for both golfers, but Bjerregaard's drive going in the water is too much for him to overcome. Woods goes up 1 despite going over par.
HOLE 10: Woods has a long birdie putt set up, but he has a bit too much speed as the ball goes down into the hole and pops right back out. Unfortunately for Woods, it popped out quite fast and went fairly far away to set up a difficult follow-up putt. Woods made the putt, but Bjerregaard made an easy birdie to win the hole. Things are tied through 10.
🇩🇰 @LBjerregaard is showing some fight.

HOLE 9: Another par-par hole. After some exciting drama on the opening holes, we've now had par-par on three of the last four.
HOLE 8: Nothing too exciting to report here. Woods and Bjerregaard each make par. Woods keeps his small lead.
HOLE 7: Bjerregaard makes par while Woods doesn't. After an unfortunate miss on the previous hole, Woods now doesn't have much breathing room as his lead is cut to just one.
HOLE 6: Tiger's second shot on this par-5 lands on the green ... but then rolls into a bunker. He puts himself in position for a save with a shot out of the sand to 4 feet for birdie. He the misses and settles for par. A tough miss during what was a hot streak for Woods. Score remains the same.

HOLE 5: Bjerregaard misses his long birdie putt, which puts Tiger in position to win three in a row. He comes through in the clutch, like he always does, and makes his third straight birdie. Woods now goes 2 up.
HOLE 4: What a beautiful shot from Woods. He follows with a birdie putt and takes the lead.

HOLE 3: Not so fast, young'un. Woods makes a birdie putt and things are now even.
HOLE 2: Bjerregaard has a chance at birdie, but it isn't easy. We finish par-par on this hole as Bjerregaard keeps his lead.
HOLE 1: Bjerregaard gets off to a better start, setting up a short putt for birdie. He makes it and starts his match by going up 1.
