Report: Cleveland Cavaliers trade Kyle Korver to the Utah Jazz for Alec Burks, two future second-round picks image

Kyle Korver is reportedly returning to one of his former teams.

According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the Cleveland Cavaliers have traded the 37-year-old to the Utah Jazz for Alec Burks. The Jazz have also included two future second-round picks in the deal.

A number of contenders had "significant interest" in trading for Korver, Wojnarowski added in his report.

Korver spent two and a half seasons with the Jazz between 2007 and 2010. He's since played for the Chicago Bulls, Atlanta Hawks and Cavaliers.

One of the greatest shooters in NBA history, Korver is averaging 6.8 points per game this season on 46.3 percent shooting from 3-point range. The Jazz have been one of the worst 3-point shooting teams in the league so far this season. They rank in the middle of the league with 31.7 attempts per game, but only the Oklahoma City Thunder are shooting a worse percentage.

Korver has one more year remaining on his current contract, worth $7.5 million.
