End of Third Quarter Raptors 99 Nets 75

9:14 p.m. — The Raptors have blown the game wide open. They're winning all the 50/50 ball, they're getting out in transition and their hitting open shots. Toronto has their biggest lead of the game at 23 points which leads to another Brooklyn time out. Raps 97-74.

9:02 p.m. — The Raptors beginning to flex their muscles now on both ends of the floor. Toronto up 81-65 with 6:45 to go in the third leading to another time out by Nets' coach Atkinson.

Halftime Raptors 64 Nets 53

8:36 p.m. — Halftime in Toronto. Raptors closed the half on a 15-2 run. Their bench has been big providing 27 points — Fred VanVleet has nine points of the bench. Kawhi leads the team with 15 points. A good sign for the Raptors as they have 19 team assists at the break — the ball has been flying around. Other than D'Angelo Russell, Brooklyn struggled to find any offence in the second period. That has to change if they want to get back in this game.

8:28 p.m. — Raptors go on a 7-0 run capped by Kawhi skying in for a put back layup. Raps lead 56-50 with 1:58 left to go in the first half. Kawhi is up to 13 points, five rebounds. Toronto's bench has changed the momentum of the game coming in and scoring a combined 24 points.

8:03 p.m. — A 14-3 run by the Nets ends the first quarter and they have a seven point lead. Russell the high man with 12 points, six rebounds and five assists. Kawhi Leonard leads the way for the Raptors with 8 points on four-for-eight from the field.

7:55 p.m. — Time out on the floor, Raptors lead 23-21. D'Angelo Russell came to play already filling up the stat sheet with 12 points, five rebounds and three assists. He's getting where he wants to on the floor and caused issues for the Raptors in pick and roll coverage. Raps lead at the moment but they're quickly finding out that the Nets aren't going to make life easy for them.

7:48 p.m. First time out of the game comes after a Kawhi Leonard jumper. Both teams shooting well from the field to start the game. Both teams able to get looks in the paint easily. D'Angelo Russell leads the way for the Nets with a game-high 10 points, Kawhi has 8 points so far.
