ATP's No. 32 male tennis player, Denis Shapovalov, made quick work of his Round of 64 match against Frenchman Pierre-Hugues Herbert.
The Ontario resident advanced after a straight-set victory 6-3, 7-5 on Monday in Montreal. After dropping the first game, Shapovalov went on a 6-2 run to take the first set. Although the second set posed more of a struggle, Shapovalov outlasted his counterpart.
