The Premier League title race will take a decisive twist on Wednesday when defending champions Manchester City host current leaders Arsenal with only five points separating them in the table.

The Gunners may be up by five points, but Man City also have two games in hand outside of Wednesday's head-to-head showdown, meaning the two clubs sit just one point apart in possible points. With that backdrop, the Etihad Stadium meeting is a prime opportunity for Arsenal to take back control of their own destiny.

Arsenal have stumbled in recent matches, dropping valuable points across three consecutive draws and seeing their grip on the Premier League title slip considerably. Their untimely dip has coincided with the injury absence of centre-back William Saliba, as they've conceded seven goals in those three draws.
