Alphonso Davies continues to set records.
Already the youngest Canadian to score in an international match, and the first player born in the 2000s to score at a major international tournament, Davies added another milestone to his personal record book on Sunday when he scored the final goal for Bayern Munich in a 6-0 rout of Mainz.

It was his first goal in a Bayern uniform, and at 18 years old he becomes the youngest player to score for the club in an official match since 1999. He's also the first born this century to register a goal for the team.

Making his fifth Bundesliga appearance for Bayern, Davies subbed in at the 59-minute mark. He needed just over 10 minutes to make an impact, putting the exclamation point on a dominant Bayern performance with an opportunistic strike inside the box.
Davies has been a fixture on the Bayern bench since his transfer to the German club in January. The teenager set a Canadian transfer record in his move to Germany after scoring eight goals and adding 11 assists in 31 games (27 starts) last year for the Vancouver Whitecaps in MLS.
