Rangers face Union Saint-Gilloise in Champions League qualification with Giovanni van Bronckhorst's team 2-0 down from last week's first leg in Belgium.

Goals from Teddy Teuma and Dante Vanzeir gave Union Saint-Gilloise the advantage in the Champions League third qualifying round as Rangers failed to find form. By van Bronckhorst's own admission, his team were "lucky" to concede only two goals.

Alfredo Morelos could return to the Rangers starting lineup after recovering from injury while Ryan Kent could also feature for last season's Europa League finalists following a spell on the sidelines.

The Ibrox club are aiming to qualify for the group stages of the Champions League for the first time since the 2010/11 season.

Rangers vs. Union Saint-Gilloise predicted lineups

Morelos and Kent could return to the Rangers team after missing last week's Champions League third qualifying round first leg against Union Saint-Gilloise. This would give the Scottish team a significant boost and strengthen their attacking line when they need goals to get back into the tie.

"Ryan did some parts of the training today [Monday]," said van Bronckhorst. "We have to assess tomorrow if he's fit enough to start." Fashion Sakala is also back in the Rangers squad.

Union Saint-Gilloise head coach Karel Geraerts made several changes for the league game against Mechelen at the weekend. Geraerts was unhappy with his team's performance as they lost 3-0, but his key performers should be well-rested.

New signing Oussama El Azzouzi could feature for the Belgian side, but Victor Boniface was registered too late to play against Rangers at Ibrox on Tuesday night.

Union Saint-Gilloise starting XI (3-5-2): Moris — Burgess, Sykes, van der Heyden — Nieukwoop, Lapoussin, Amani, Lynen, Teuma — Adingra, Vanzeir

Rangers vs. Union Saint-Gilloise betting odds

Rangers are favourites to win on the night, but last season's Europa League finalists have a 2-0 deficit to overturn from the first leg to win the tie as a whole.

Union Saint-Gilloise demonstrated the threat they carry in front of goal in front of their own fans in the first leg, but Ibrox has a reputation for being one of the most difficult away stadiums to visit in Europe. How will they cope in this environment? The Belgians have the advantage, but this tie is far from over.
