When Marshawn Lynch is in full beast mode, the rules may as well not apply to him.

Wearing sandals, the Oakland Raiders running back was subbed into a Seattle Sounders charity match on Sunday and made a brief - but very memorable - cameo.

Lynch scored an unorthodox (and very illegal) goal, taking a pass from a teammate and reverting to American football mode in picking the ball up and running it into the goal.

The former Seattle Seahawks running back was shown a red card for his antics but he wasn't done causing havoc on the pitch, as he picked up the card and tossed it aside.

Following a yearlong retirement, Lynch will return to the NFL with Oakland for the upcoming 2017 season.

Based on this evidence, it appears he is ready for the season to begin!
