Canada have beaten Australia for the second time in four days as they came from behind to defeat the Matildas 2-1 in Sydney on Tuesday night.
After a 1-0 loss on Saturday, Australia got off to the perfect start when Mary Fowler opened the scoring inside three minutes after being picked out by Sam Kerr in the box.
The Matildas went on to dominate the first 45 minutes but were unable to extend their lead.
Canada, who had a quiet first-half, returned to the pitch with new energy and found themselves level in the 48th minute when Adriana Leon volleyed home from close range.
Leon also struck on Saturday and that confidence in front of goal showed just 16 minutes later as she put Canada ahead after a delightful through ball from teenager Jade Rose.
The Matildas pushed for an equaliser in the final 20 minutes but Canada dug in well to hang for another win.

90th min: Six minutes of injury-time to come as Australia chase a late equaliser.
89th min: The ball falls to Kerr at the top of Canada's box. Her shot is blocked into the path of Chidiac, whose effort is also blocked by some desperate Canadian defence.
86th min: Australia get forward dangerously as they look to throw everything at Canada in these final minutes.
80th min: A Canada player is down and requires some treatment, giving both teams a chance to catch their breath before a big final 10 minutes.
72nd min: The first sign of promise in attack from the Matildas this half but Canada do just enough to clear the danger.
69th min: It's been all Canada so far this half with the team in red dominating possession and keeping play mainly in Australia's half.
64th min: GOAL! Leon strikes again for Canada as they take the lead. Rose with a delightful through ball which Leon dispatches superbly.

62nd min: Foord down in some pain with her leg. The Matildas attacker doesn't look like she'll be able to continue.

57th min: Grant released down the right wing but she's cut off well by a retreating Prince.
53rd min: Prince finds the back of the net for Canada but the offside flag is raised. Australia looking rattled.

46th min: We are back underway in Sydney with both teams making substitutes at the break.
Half-time: Matidas 1-0 Canada
A strong first 45 minutes from Australia as they dominated in attack, firing off five shots compared to Canada's zero. If the Matildas were a bit more clinical in the final third, they could have easily had two or three goals. Canada have been on the back foot for much of the game and must change something at the break if they're to work their way into this match.
HALF TIME | We lead at the break thanks to a 3rd minute Mary Fowler strike!

45th min: Rose on hand to defuse another promising run forward from Kerr. The young defender has handled the Chelsea star well so far tonight.
42nd min: Foord once again does well to drive into the box but her eventual shot is dragged well wide of goal.
37th min: Foord goes down in the box but the referee waves away what she believes should have been a penalty. Moments later, Vine is fed through on Canada's goal but her poked shot is saved easily.
32nd min: The Matildas break with menace following a corner but they can't quite find the final pass as Canada scramble effectively enough.
28th min: The ball breaks to Kerr in the final third, who takes a shot first time from range. It's on target but doesn't have the pace or power to trouble the goalkeeper.
25th min: Yallop down with an injury for Australia after an earlier knock. Looks like she'll be able to play on as both sides get a break to digest a frantic first 25 minutes.
20th min: The Matildas whip in a dangerous cross which Canada only just manage to do enough to defuse.
17th min: Rose this time with a crucial tackle for Canada as she stops Kerr after an incisive pass forward from Fowler.
15th min: Both sides getting caught offside early on in this match as Foord is the latest player to be flagged.
13th min: Gorry with an excellent sliding tackle to stop an attack from Canada.
10th min: Canada with their first real foray into the final third but a cross is claimed easily by Williams in Australia's goal.
5th min: Vine with a darting run forward for Australia. She impressed as a substitute on Saturday and looks ready to make the most of her start tonight.
3rd min: GOAL! Matildas strike first through Fowler. Vine and Kerr combine nicely in the final third with the latter cutting the ball back to an unmarked Fowler in the box, who fires home with a shot to the bottom right corner of goal.
WHAT A START! 🙌

25 mins to kick-off: Australia are without a win in their past three matches and have only scored once during that span. Coach Tony Gustavsson really needs to start turning things around with a World Cup on home soil looming. Another loss tonight and questions will surely be asked to whether he's the right person for the job moving forward.
45 mins to kick-off: Canada's starting XI has also now been confirmed as they chase another win over the Aussies.
