Norwich welcomes Chelsea to Carrow Road as teams with very contrasting fortunes meet on Thursday night in the Premier League.
The game is still on despite the uncertainty surrounding Chelsea after this morning's government sanctions handed down to owner Roman Abramovich. The government has frozen all of Abramovich's assets, including Chelsea, but the club was given a special license to continue operating at a minimum capacity.
"We will fulfill our men’s and women’s team fixtures today against Norwich and West Ham, respectively, and intend to engage in discussions with the UK Government regarding the scope of the license," said Chelsea in a statement, confirming the fixture is still on.
