Who is the best U21 player on FIFA 23?

Barcelona midfield talent Pedri has been given the honour of being the best U21 player in FIFA 23.

The 19-year-old stands alone with an 85 rating, ahead the 84-rated Jude Bellingham and Alphonso Davies.

Pedri's FUT card features an 87 rating for dribbling and 81 for passing.
