The final matchday of the Champions League group stage always brings drama, as teams have one final chance to book their tickets to the knockout phase.
Several clubs have already secured passage into the Round of 16, but many more are faced with do-or-die scenarios as the group stage comes to a close. While the likes of PSG, Bayern Munich, Tottenham, Manchester City, Juventus, Barcelona, Real Madrid and RB Leipzig can head into Matchday 6 with the knowledge that they'll be in the mix when the competition restarts in February, there are still some big-name teams who could see their European dreams end prematurely with the wrong result this week.
Liverpool is the most glaring example of a club that should expect to make it to the knockouts but has yet to cement its spot. The Reds are running away with the Premier League race already and are the reigning Champions League title holders, and yet they could be leapfrogged by both Napoli and Red Bull Salzburg on the final day of group-stage play.

Another English giant, Chelsea, heads into this week in second place in its group and in need of a result against Lille to confirm a berth in the next round. However, if Valencia and Ajax draw, Chelsea would need a win to advance. Similar stories play out for the likes of Valencia, Ajax, Inter Milan, Dortmund and Atletico Madrid, with a handful of those teams likely to miss out.
With so much on the line, this week's action could be the best yet.
Here are the fixtures for Matchday 6.
