After just one matchday, the 2019-20 Champions League has already been full of surprises.
The first group stage matches provided drama seemingly unlike any other opening day, as reigning champion Liverpool joined Chelsea and Real Madrid as favourites who were upset on the first day of action. Throw in uninspiring draws by Tottenham, Barcelona and Inter Milan, and it was a bad start for some of the fancied clubs.
Matchday 2 provides an opportunity at a bit of redemption for those teams, as well as a chance for others to extend their early leads in their respective groups.

Madrid, the winningest team in Champions League history, will surely look to get back on track when it hosts Club Brugge on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Tottenham and Bayern will be one of the round's premier match-ups, with plenty of star power in the first meeting between the sides in 36 years.
On Wednesday, Liverpool hosts red-hot Red Bull Salzburg, while Barca and Inter provide the glitz in a heavyweight clash.
Here are the fixtures for Matchday 2.
