With two wins from two, Brazil find themselves top of the South Americans edition of 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification.

A dominant 5-1 victory over Bolivia starting off their campaign in style and the Brazilians followed that result up with another three point haul against Peru on the road.

This time around, the Selecao will begin their latest international window with a home match against a Venezuela side who themselves sit in the top six at present – which would be good enough to qualifying for the next World Cup.

Their two outings have yielded one win and one loss but with an abysmal head-to-head record against Brazil across their whole history – winning just one of 28 prior meetings – the visitors will have their work cut out here.

    Brazil vs Venezuela best bet

    • Pick: Over 2.5 goals scored
    • Odds: -170 (BetMGM)

Given that Brazil have scored in each of their past 18 international matches, we're expecting more of the same from Neymar and company here.

Back on home soil, the hosts will be full of confidence as they look to make it three wins from three at home to a side which they have a phenomenal record against.

As mentioned before, Brazil have lost just one of 28 prior head-to-head outings in which they've racked up a plus 87 goal difference against Venezuela. For reference, that's the away side's worst such record against any nation in their history. And given they shipped three goals in their last match against Brazil, backing the over 2.5 goals scored here could be the play.

    Brazil vs Venezuela flier bet

    • Pick: Rodrygo to score first
    • Odds: +550 (BetMGM)

Although he might not be in the finest goalscoring form at present for club side Real Madrid with just one goal across 11 outings this season, we're going to pick Rodrygo to net first here.

The young winger has started the past few games for Brazil and netted the opener in his country's 5-1 rout of Bolivia during the previous international break, before grabbing another in the same game.

His only Madrid goal this season also came as the opening strike of their match versus Athletic Bilbao on matchday one in La Liga.
