Lionel Messi and Argentina ended their recent miserable history in the Copa America by lifting the trophy in Brazil in 2021.
It was the first major international honor of Messi's unparalleled career and served as a springboard for Argentina's incredible triumph at the 2022 World Cup.
The challenge now is for La Albiceleste to continue a golden era when the Copa America arrives in the United States in 2024.
In what is shaping up to be a farewell for head coach Lionel Scaloni, here's who Argentina will face and how they can plot a path to back-to-back continental triumphs.

Out of Pot 2 were drawn Peru. They then pulled a very weak Chile side out of Pot 3, and then the playoff winner, Canada, from Pot 4.
