Ansu Fati could make his first Barcelona appearance since August 2023 away at Girona this weekend
The Catalan giants return to La Liga action after the international break with a trip to their local rivals on September 15 as Hansi Flick looks to extend his winning start to the league campaign.
The former Bayern Munich head coach has enjoyed a strong start to life in Catalonia and Spain trio Pedri, Lamine Yamal and Dani Olmo all returned injury free from international duty.

Fati returned to Barcelona over the summer, after Brighton & Hove Albion opted against a permanent move to keep him in the Premier League, after a loan spell at the AMEX Stadium.
A positive start to preseason was disrupted by a foot injury at the end of July and Flick omitted him from the squad who travelled to the USA.
Fati has been in recovery since, but as per reports from Mundo Deportivo, his comeback is on track after completing multiple full sessions during the break.
Flick is expected to include him in the matchday squad against Girona in what would be his first Barcelona game since coming off the bench in their 4-3 win at Villarreal on August 27, 2023.
