One of Singapore’s largest youth football academies has scored a partnership with Goal.com, known to be among the most followed football websites around the world.

On the 8th of June both JSSL and Goal.com signed a year-long partnership which will see JSSL events get featured on the Goal.com website.

JSSL is home to events like the JSSL Leagues and the annual JSSL International 7s and Professional Academies 7s.

Said former England international and JSSL Ambassador Paul Parker,

“The partnership with Goal.com gives us an added opportunity to have our young players featured in one of the world’s most recognised online football platforms.

“This will also help enhance and build the JSSL brand, and our signature events like the JSSL Leagues and the JSSL International 7s and Professional Academies 7s.”

As part of the partnership, Goal.com will build a dedicated microsite to house all of JSSL’s content and will also provide monthly feature stories on the JSSL Leagues.

In addition, JSSL and Goal will also engage the local football community through online content competitions around the JSSL events while featuring local youth players, teams and clubs.

Goal.com will also be named as the Official Online Football Media Partner for JSSL.

The JSSL Leagues is set to start in September 2018 and will last till May 2019.

The 2019 edition of the JSSL International 7s and Professional Academies 7s will be held from 19 to 21 April in 2019 and will see over 400 teams competing.

JSSL is home to more than 1000 youth players across is JSSL FC soccer program while over 3000 youth players island-wide from over 20 academies take part in the JSSL Leagues.

The JSSL International 7s and Professional Academies 7s is now into its sixth year and this year saw more than 350 teams from 15 nations participate in the annual event which is the largest youth football tournament in the region.
