Manchester United defender Noussair Mazraoui will be sidelined until November following surgery on a heart issue.
The Morocco international joined the Red Devils in a summer transfer deal from Bayern Munich back in August and has established himself as Erik ten Hag's first choice right-back in the opening weeks of the campaign.
However, the club have confirmed the 26-year-old required a procedure to ease the symptoms of heart palpitations.

It is not the first time the full-back has suffered with a coronary issue, after taking time away from football to deal with inflammation of heart tissue in January 2023, after suffering from Covid-19.
United have not issued a firm update on when he will be eligible to return to match action, but multiple reports indicate it will be around a month, before he is ready to come back to action.
Ten Hag's side return to Premier League action at home to Brentford on October 19 before heading to Fenerbahce in a UEFA Europa League clash five days later.
Diogo Dalot is expected to step across from left-back to cover for Mazraoui with Luke Shaw edging closer to his own return from injury.
