Leggett went down in the fourth quarter of the Blue Bombers' game on Saturday against the B.C. Lions — which they won 26-20 — while recovering an onside kick.

Leggett, who played in college at Valdosta State, has been in the CFL for four seasons — all with the Blue Bombers. So far this year, the 31-year-old had recorded 50 tackles and three interceptions for Winnipeg.
