Brooke Henderson, the second youngest player in LPGA history to win a major, took to twitter this week to proudly announce her continued support for disadvantaged children who suffer from long-term medical hair loss.

The former No. 1 amateur player in the world and the winner of the 2016 KPMG Women's PGA Championship, Henderson is one of the most popular players on the tour, and this act of unselfishness will only endear her more to her peers, sponsors and fans worldwide.

Henderson, who grew up in Ontario, didn't say when she began donating her hair to Locks of Love, and a spokesperson for the Florida-based company said it didn't keep track of that information. Needless to say, it appears to be a partnership that won't end anytime soon.

It also appears that Locks of Love isn't the only organization that Henderson has donated her hair to. In December 2015, Henderson tweeted that she had supported the Canadian Cancer Society.
