"Own the podium" was the motto for Canada's record-setting Winter Olympics team in 2010, but the 2018 edition just raised the bar.
With Katelyn Osmond's bronze medal in women's figure skating, Canada's medal count in Pyeongchang reached 27 (10 gold, 8 silver, 9 bronze) on Day 14 of competition. That is one better than the 26 total medals Canada won in 2010, which was previously the national record for a single Winter Olympics.
