Canada will face Switzerland in the semifinals of the 2022 Winter Olympics women's hockey tournament on Sunday night.

The Canadians come into the contest confident. They shut out Sweden 11-0 in the quarterfinals on Friday to extend their undefeated streak in Beijing to five games. Team Canada has outscored its opponents 44-5 for the tournament.

Sarah Fillier recorded her first hat trick of the games in the win over Sweden, while Brianne Jenner recorded her second. Jenner leads all scorers in the tournament with eight goals.

The Swiss earned their spot in the semis with a  4-2 victory over the ROC in the quarters on Saturday. They now have a chance at revenge; they lost 12-1 to Canada in the teams' first game in group play.

Canada is nonetheless heavily favored to advance to the gold-medal game, where it could face the archrival USA in a rematch of their 2018 Olympic championship game.
