Calling all body language experts, lip readers and clairvoyants - it's time to figure out where Paul George will end up this off-season.
George's season came to an end on Friday night as the Thunder fell to the Utah Jazz 96-91 in Game 6 - losing their best of seven series 4-2.
It didn't take long for "Playoff P" to have to field off-season questions as reporters asked what his intentions were. George expressed his love for the city of Oklahoma but remained vague on whether or not he'd resign with the team.
"It was an amazing season," George explained. "Really a learning experience - playing off Russ (Westbrook), playing off Melo (Carmelo Anthony), Steve-o (Steven Adams).
"Seeing what the potential is like having Dre (Andre Robertson) out there - it was great, it was a lot to be happy about."
George still has to go through the formality of becoming a free-agent, he'll do that by opting out of the final year of his five-year $92 million dollar contract. Once he does they'll be a lineup of teams hoping to land the services of one of the best two-way players in the league.
The five-time all-star isn't taking his experience playing for the Thunder for granted - leaving the door open for optimism in OKC.
"The fans the city the organization and everything has been unbelievable," George continued.
"It's too soon. I would love to remain a Thunder, but that's what this summer is for - we'll address that in the summer."
The 27-year-old averaged 21.9 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.0 steals in 79 games for the Thunder this season.
