The Blues lost a key defenseman Wednesday.
Vince Dunn did not return to Game 3 after he took a puck to the mouth while trying to keep the Sharks away from the front of the net.
Coach Craig Berube announced Thursday, Dunn is day-to-day, but it has not clear exactly what his injury is. He will be out for Game 4 as well.
