Troy Brouwer injury update: Flames forward out with facial fracture image

The Calgary Flames won't be able to call on the services of Troy Brouwer for a while.

The team announced Friday that Brouwer is out of the lineup and listed as week-to-week due to a facial fracture. The 32-year-old sustained the injury after taking a puck to the face in the first period of Thursday's 3-2 victory over the New Jersey Devils.

Despite the injury, Brouwer only missed part of the first period of Thursday's contest. He played 4:46 in the second period and 5:07 in the third, and has featured in all 54 of Calgary's games this season.
