Toronto Maple Leafs centre Nazem Kadri left Tuesday's 3-2 overtime loss to the St. Louis Blues with a concussion, the team announced.

Kadri did not return to the bench after the first period. It's unclear when Kadri sustained the injury but he was involved in several collisions during his 4:14 on the ice, including with St. Louis defenseman Vince Dunn.

In 59 games this season, Kadri has registered 15 goals and 35 points for Toronto.

Kadri will be re-evaluated Wednesday, an off day for the Maple Leafs. Toronto returns home Thursday to face the Washington Capitals.
