With 10 days left until the NHL trade deadline, the Edmonton Oilers are willing to trade winger Jesse Puljujarvi for the right offer, TSN's Ryan Rishaug reports.
Edmonton met with Puljujarvi's agent Markus Lehto Friday to discuss his future with the team, Rishaug added. The Oilers are also weighing a potential AHL assignment to the Bakersfield Condors for the 2016 fourth overall pick but no official decision has been reached.

Despite his upside, Puljujarvi, 20, has struggled at the NHL level in his third season. Through 45 games, Puljujarvi has notched nine points (four goals, five assists) and a team-worst -14 rating. He has also suited up for the Condors this year, registering two goals and two assists in four games.
In 138 NHL games, he has tallied 17 goals and 37 points.
After Ken Hitchcock took over as head coach, one of his firsts requests was for Puljujarvi to be recalled from the AHL.

"I wanted responsibility for his development. I didn't just want to be watching him play in AHL," Hitchcock said in late November. "I feel this is [the] type of player we need to win in the Western Conference. I asked [then-GM] Peter [Chiarelli] if he'd bring him up for practice today."
However, Puljujarvi has registered just three goals and five assists since he was recalled Nov. 24. As the Oilers struggle in their postseason pursuit, Puljujarvi may have more opportunity to compete in the AHL as the Condors are in the midst of a 13-game winning streak and wield first place in the Pacific Division.
The Finnish product is in the final season of the three-year, entry-level deal he inked with Edmonton in 2016.
