The Memorial Cup heads to Halifax, N.S. for the 101st edition of the CHL championship. Host team, the Halifax Mooseheads, will be joined by the Prince Albert Raiders (WHL), Guelph Storm (OHL) and the Rouyn-Noranda Huskies (QMJHL).

Where will the 2019 Memorial Cup take place?

The 2019 Memorial Cup will be held at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, N.S. The Mooseheads were selected to host over the Moncton Wildcats. It marks the first time they've hosted the tournament since 2000 when the Brad Richards-led Rimouski Oceanic won the tournament.

Every game will be broadcast live across Canada on Rogers Sportsnet (English) and TVA Sports (French). You can also stream games online at CHL Live . All games will be broadcast in the United States on NHL Network either live, tape delayed (May 18, May 23) or joined in progress (May 27).

Who won the 2018 Memorial Cup?

One of the smallest markets in the CHL, the Acadie-Bathurst Titan (QMJHL) won the 2018 Memorial Cup with a 3-0 win over the host team, the Regina Pats. Netminder Evan Fitzpatrick, a St. Louis Blues prospect, made 28 saves — the first shutout in the championship game since 2005. Adam Holwell, Samuel Asselin (who plays for Halifax in 2019) and Ethan Crossman scored for the Titans.
