Matt Duchene is an Ottawa Senator.

The team acquired Duchene in a three-team deal Sunday that included the Colorado Avalanche and Nashville Predators. As a result, the 26-year-old centre heads back to his home province of Ontario.

Senators fans will have to wait a few days to see Duchene make his debut because the team has to travel to Sweden this week to take part in the revamped NHL Global Series on Friday.
