It was only a matter of time before Jonathan Drouin found the back of the net in a Canadiens sweater.
Drouin, who went goalless in his four four games for Montreal, scored on Saturday night against the Maple Leafs in front of a hometown crowd, his first with his new team.

Drouin, who was traded to Montreal this offseason from the Tampa Bay Lightning, signed a six-year reportedly worth $33 million with the Canadiens back in June. The No. 3 pick in the 2013 NHL Draft, Drouin grew up just an hour outside of Montreal in Ste-Agathe, Quebec. He played for the Lightning the past three seasons, and recorded 21 goals last year.
