What time is Canadiens-Maple Leafs on 'Hockey Night in Canada'?
The Canadiens-Maple Leafs game is set for 7 p.m. ET.
Montreal is officially eliminated from the postseason as it owns the worst record in the Eastern Conference at 20-40-11. On the other side, Toronto is 46-19-6 and sits comfortably in a playoff spot. The Leafs are second in the Atlantic Division.
Despite the vast difference in records, the Canadiens have won two of the three games between the teams this season. After a 2-1 win by the Maple Leafs to start the season series, the Canadiens earned 5-2 and 4-2 victories.
Saturday marks the final meeting between the Atlantic Division foes this season.
What time is Oilers-Avalanche on 'Hockey Night in Canada'?
The game between the Oilers and Avalanche is scheduled for 10 p.m. ET. It will start after the conclusion of Canadiens-Maple Leafs.
This battle will have plenty of star power. The Oilers have been on a tear recently; they're winners of six in a row as they separate themselves from the Kings for second place in the Pacific Division. Edmonton is 42-25-5 on the year.
The Avalanche, meanwhile, own the best record in hockey (51-14-6) and have won five straight. They have clinched a spot in the 2022 Stanley Cup playoffs.
The squads have met just once this season, with Colorado coming out on top thanks to a MacKinnon OT winner. The Avs and the Oilers will meet one more time after Saturday in the regular season, on April 22.
