The 43 players who will don the red and white at Canada’s National Junior Team Sport Chek Summer Development Camp have been revealed. Hockey Canada released the list of 25 forwards, 13 defensemen and five goaltenders who will travel to Plymouth, Mich., for games against the United States, Finland and Sweden.
“We’re very pleased with the group that will be brought together in Plymouth,” said director of men's national teams Shawn Bullock. “This is a development opportunity for some of the younger athletes, and it’s a great opportunity for our coaching staff and players to start developing a solid relationship ahead of the World Juniors.”

The roster features 26 players taken in the 2018 NHL draft including fifth overall pick Barrett Hayton. Hayton is also one of six returning players from Canada's 2019 IIHF World Junior Championship team, along with Ty Smtih, Noah Dobson, Jared McIsaac, Alexis Lafrenière and Joe Veleno.
