If the Calgary Flames are panicking after dropping four of their last five games, they aren't showing it.
Calgary is set to make just one change to its lineup for Sunday night's clash with the visiting Washington Capitals, despite Friday's 2-1 loss to Dallas, the team's fourth defeat in its past five games.
As Jaromir Jagr continues to recover from a lower body injury sustained last week, the Flames will leave their forward corps untouched. Instead, coach Glen Gulutzan will make just one change on the defensive end as Matt Bartkowski will make way for Brett Kulak.
Gulutzan appears ready to allow the players to work through their slump rather than shaking things up, and he'll be hoping that things turn around against a Capitals team on the second leg of a back-to-back (Washington defeated the Oilers 5-2 in Edmonton on Saturday).
Here is the Flames' projected lineup:
Gaudreau - Monahan - Ferland
Tkachuk - Backlund - Frolik
Bennett - Jankowski - Versteeg
Glass - Stajan - Brouwer
Giordano - Hamilton
Brodie - Hamonic
Kulak - Stone
Mike Smith
Scratched: Freddie Hamilton, Matt Bartkowski
Injured: Jaromir Jagr
