Mark Giordano has been on fire for the Calgary Flames this season.
The defenseman notched a goal and an assist in a 5-2 victory over the Arizona Coyotes on Monday. In the process, the 13-year veteran set a new career-high in assists (44) and points (57) with 23 games left this season.
Mark Giordano continues to find the score sheet in 2018-19.

Giordano, who went undrafted and signed a three-way contract with Calgary in 2004, is enjoying arguably his finest season at age 35. The Flames' captain is just three points away from becoming the fourth defenseman age 35 or older to reach the 60-point plateau.
Calgary is hoping the five-time All-Star has plenty of fuel left in the tank for the remainder of the season, as it will be a tight race with the San Jose Sharks for the top spot in the Pacific Division.Only three defensemen in NHL history have reached the 60-point benchmark at the age of 35 or older at the start of the season:
