Tyrod Taylor hasn't made a start in the NFL since Week 13 of the 2021 NFL season. That changes tonight.
Taylor is set to lead the Giants offense on Sunday evening as Big Blue heads upstate for a "Sunday Night Football" matchup against the Bills.
As Brian Daboll faces his former team for the first time since taking over as the Giants head coach ahead of the 2022 season, it won't be Daniel Jones under center for New York. The starting quarterback is out with a neck injury, paving the way for Taylor to run the offense on Sunday evening.
The 34-year-old journeyman has been in the league for over a decade, making multiple stops along the way. Taylor has managed to carve out a solid NFL career for himself, and the veteran will be in the national spotlight tonight, looking to play spoiler against a dominant Bills squad.

How many teams has Tyrod Taylor played for?
Taylor has played for six different teams in the NFL — the Ravens, Bills, Browns, Chargers, Texans and now, the Giants.
Baltimore selected the QB in the sixth round of the 2011 draft. Taylor had spent four years at Virginia Tech as the Hokies' starting signal caller.
His longest stint in the NFL came in Baltimore, where he spent four seasons with the Ravens from 2011 to 2014. He did not make a single start during his time with the team and finished his career in Baltimore with 14 appearances.
After the Ravens, Taylor spent three seasons with the Bills, all as their starting quarterback. He was named to a Pro Bowl in 2015, and as Buffalo's No. 1 QB, Taylor went 22-20 with a 62.6 completion percentage, 51 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
Taylor then spent the 2018 season with the Browns, making three starts for the team before Baker Mayfield, then a rookie, took over the starting role in Cleveland. Taylor then moved on to Los Angeles for 2019 and 2020, spending two seasons as the Chargers' backup QB to Justin Herbert.
In 2021, Taylor joined the Texans and began the year splitting with rookie Davis Mills as the team's starter. However, Mills took over by the middle of the season and was the starter for a majority of the games.
Taylor is currently in his second season with the Giants after signing with the organization in 2022. While he had made multiple appearances with New York, Week 6's start will be his first as a Giant.
