Tyreek Hill won't be back in action until October.
According to NFL Media, which cited unidentified sources, the Chiefs receiver is expected to miss four to six weeks with an injury to his sternoclavicular joint, where the collarbone comes into the breastbone.
The report noted Hill likely won't be placed on injured reserve, which is seen as a "positive sign" for Kansas City.
Hill was injured on his second catch of the day Sunday when he was tackled by Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey.

Hill was in obvious pain as he exited the field, finishing his game with two catches for 16 yards.
The injury turned out to be more severe than initially believed and required a trip to Jacksonville hospital. It was later confirmed by Chiefs head athletic trainer Rick Burkholder that Hill suffered a sternoclavicular joint injury and was being treated to reduce dislocation.

The setback comes after Hill agreed to a contract extension worth a reported $54 million over three years despite an offseason overshadowed by multiple off-field incidents. The most recent included a leaked audio recording of him and his fiancee, Crystal Espinal, talking about alleged abuse of their 3-year-old son. Police filed no charges in the case and an NFL investigation found no wrongdoing on Hill's part.
The Chiefs are next slated to visit Oakland in Week 2 before hosting the Ravens for their home opener.
