If you can't beat them, delete them?
The seemingly one-sided, ongoing beef between Tom Brady and Nick Foles has taken on new life in 2024, despite both signal callers being a year removed from their last NFL snap. That is thanks to the newly released docuseries on Apple TV+, "The Dynasty: New England Patriots."
Fans took notice of selective editing in the series, where Foles' name was taken out of Al Michaels' iconic call of the "Philly Special" touchdown.

Whether or not the petty decision was Brady's call or just an oversight remains to be seen. But this wasn't the first chapter in the Brady-Foles story and it doesn't seem like it will be the last either.
Tom Brady-Nick Foles beef history
By all accounts, Brady had no issues with Foles until Super Bowl 52. Then came the final whistle. The 41-33 loss marked the third and final loss in the big game during Brady's career — one that saw him hoist the Lombardi Trophy seven times.
Brady notoriously left the field without shaking Foles' hand. Perhaps in the moment it was an honest mistake. But the trend continued in the next meeting between the two foes — a Week 5 matchup in 2020. After Foles led the Bears to a 20-19 victory over Brady's Buccaneers, the former Patriot once again left without acknowledging his counterpart.

"I didn't even think about that," Brady said via the Tampa Bay Times in 2020. "I think Nick Foles is a hell of a player and a Super Bowl champ. I don't know one reason or another why I wouldn't do that. Sometimes I run off the field, sometimes I haven't."
Foles didn't seem to be losing sleep over the issue though.
"I didn't cry at all," Foles said in a press conference following the 2020 game. "I think that it wasn't the first time it happened and I sort of laughed it off and just sort of moved on with my life and I'm sure he's just doing the same thing."
At the time, Foles thought he and Brady would be able to have a laugh about the situation.
"You know it's happened a few times and I'm sure that some day Tom and I will have a great conversation about it and probably just laugh at it," Foles said.
If it turns out that Brady had Foles' name edited out of the show, then the ice won't be broken anytime soon. The beef, however, is more than overcooked at this point.
