The Chargers earned their fourth straight victory Sunday in London after the Titans made a controversial call late in the fourth quarter.

Tennessee scored a touchdown with 31 seconds remaining on the clock in the fourth quarter to take the game to 20-19, but head coach Mike Vrabel decided to go for two points instead of taking the game into overtime.

Marcus Mariota, who hadn't thrown a touchdown all game until the final drive, was asked to throw with the game on the line, and his pass was broken up to give the Chargers (5-2) a 20-19 win.

Tyrell Williams opened the game with a 75-yard touchdown catch for the Chargers, and Mike Williams followed it up with a 55-yard touchdown reception early in the third quarter. But other than those two play, Los Angeles struggled to move the ball.

Philip Rivers led the Chargers with 306 yards passing and two touchdowns. Austin Ekeler added 42 yards on the ground after Melvin Gordon was a late scratch.

The win helped the Charges get a 1/2 game of the Chiefs in the AFC West with Kansas City taking on the Bengals on Sunday Night Football. The Titans fell to 3-4 this season.
