In what can only be described as a lopsided affair of New York squads, the Bills host the Giants in the Week 6 edition of Sunday Night Football (8:20 p.m. ET, NBC). Traditional bettors will have a difficult time gauging the whopping 14.5-point spread for this one, all the more reason for us to head over to FanDuel to create a DFS lineup. Today we will go over the top DFS options for this interconference clash, and hopefully help you land some daily fantasy cash.
Buffalo had a tough Week 5, traveling nine hours overseas to London to get punched in the mouth by the Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur. As a result, the Bills moved down to sixth on our Sporting News NFL Power Rankings. As for the Giants, who have now lost three contests in a row by a combined score of 85-31, you can find them 28th on our rankings. With Daniel Jones ruled out with a neck injury and Tyrod Taylor starting, it might be generous to have New York anywhere above 30th.
One thing's for sure: Buffalo will win this game. But it will take a nuanced approach to create a winning DFS entry for this one, given that we expect an early barrage followed by plenty of late garbage-time offense. These types of games tend to offer value and upside where it usually can't be found, so that's the strategy we will go for today in a traditional "stars-and-scrub" approach.
Let's get to our FanDuel lineup for Bills vs. Giants, and explain our strategy with each draft selection. Good luck, have fun, and enjoy what should be an instant classic of a game!
Before we break down our picks and strategy, here are the most notable scoring rules for FanDuel contests: four-point passing TDs and half-point PPR.

Bills-Giants FanDuel Picks Week 6: NFL DFS lineup for GPP tournaments
$60,000 budget, must include at least one player from each team
MVP (1.5x points) Josh Allen, QB, Bills ($17,500)
Picking our FanDuel MVP on Sunday night basically equates to our easiest decision of the week. Since we don't pay extra for the 1.5-times boost on FD like we do for the DraftKings' Captain spot, we always draft who we project to score the most DFS points in the game. Josh Allen very easily ranks as the best fantasy player in this one, averaging nearly 25 FD points per game and going against a below-average Giants secondary. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy.
FLEX Stefon Diggs, WR, Bills ($16,000)
Now we have the best possible stack in the game, with Allen's top receiver and the second-best fantasy player of this contest. Diggs averages 19.9 FD points per game, fantastic for a wideout in a half-PPR format. The Giants have surrendered the 10th-most half-PPR points to wideouts this season, so Diggs should have himself another banner night under the primetime lights.
FLEX Gabe Davis, WR, Bills ($12,000)
Now we've basically monopolized the Bills' aerial attack, which makes a ton of sense with Buffalo coming off a poor outing in London. Allen will be looking to get back in the good graces of MVP voters, while Sean McDermott just wants his team to put its U.K. woes in the rearview mirror. Davis has been quite solid all season, averaging just under 13 FD points per game. His 19-point performance last Sunday was one of the lone highlights of the Bills' otherwise-dismal Week 5.
FLEX Darius Slayton, WR, Giants ($8,500)
With top Giants pass-catchers Darren Waller struggling with a groin issue and Wan'Dale Robinson banged up with a knee injury, we expect Slayton to be quite busy with New York playing catchup most of the evening. Slayton has thrived in garbage-time volume in the past and could pile up plenty of empty stats.
FLEX Parris Campbell, WR, Giants ($6,000)
Campbell might as well be called our Gross Sleeper of the Week, but upside is upside. The negative game script should have Tyrod Taylor slinging the ball a ton, and Campbell might be the Giants' second-best receiver with Waller and Wan'Dale dinged up. The former Colt has haled in 15 of his past 19 targets, so you could do much worse at the tail end of your DFS lineup.
Best SuperDraft NFL DFS Picks for Bills-Giants
As we have every week, we're also listing our favorite single-game DFS plays on SuperDraft.
For those unfamiliar, SuperDraft's DFS scoring involves point multipliers as opposed to traditional salary-capped or tiered contests. A winning lineup will likely feature a strong mix of stud fantasy contributors with 1x-1.6x boosts, as well as matchup-based sleepers with larger multipliers. Each player is assigned a scoring multiplier based on their value as determined by SuperDraft. Users can roster any player in their lineup with no restrictions.

MORE SUPERDRAFT DFS: How to play SuperDraft
- Champion (+50% points): Josh Allen, QB, Bills (1.5x)
- Super FLEX: Stefon Diggs, WR, Bills (1.9x)
- Super FLEX: Gabe Davis, WR, Bills (2.25x)
- Super FLEX: Matt Breida, RB, Giants (2.55x)
- Super FLEX: Darius Slayton, WR, Bills (2.65x)
We went with a similar approach with our SuperDraft lineup, but we couldn't avoid Breida at 2.55x in one of our SuperFLEX spots. Giants top RB Saquon Barkley has been listed as questionable with the ankle injury that has been nagging him for the majority of the season. With New York not expected to have much hope this Sunday night and Quon in a contract year, it would blow our mind if the star back suits up. Breida has a high ceiling with this boost in a game that will feature plenty of meaningless touches.
