The stagnant Seahawks offense finally roared to life for the first time this season during the second half of a 46-18 win over the Colts Sunday night at CenturyLink Field.

Seattle piled it on the hapless Colts defense in the second half, scoring four offensive touchdowns after trailing Jacoby Brissett and the Colts 15-10 at halftime. The Colts backup QB out-played Russell Wilson early, throwing for 142 yards and adding 33 on the ground against the stellar Seahawks defense, which scored the only Seattle TD during the first half on a Justin Coleman 28-yard interception return.

Wilson's early-season struggles continued until the third quarter when he orchestrated a six-play, 75-yard touchdown drive thanks in part to a 33-yard strike to Jimmy Graham. Backup running back J.D. McKissic ran it in from 30 yards out give the Seahawks a 25-18 lead. Like Coleman, McKissic took advantages of injuries to players ahead of him on the depth chart.

With running backs Chris Carson, C.J. Prosise injured and Thomas Rawls a healthy scratch, McKissic rushed for 38 yards and caught a 27-yard TD pass. The 5-11 Arkansas State product could be the team's Week 5 starter against the Rams after Carson was carted off with a leg injury.

Coleman saw plenty of the field once Jeremy Lane left with a hip injury and was one of the reasons Brissett managed just 15 passing yards in the second half and this costly turnover.

With Doug Baldwin nursing an injured groin, reciever Tyler Lockett stepped up with a team-high 67 reciving and 22 rushing yards. The Seahawks (2-2) also got a TD from backup tight end Luke Willson. Despite the blowout win, the Seahawks still have a lot of questions remaining on offense, especially with the mounting injuries but the team's "next man up" mantra should play dividends as the season rolls along.
