The Titans will have to finish their NFL London game against the Ravens without their starting quarterback.
Tennessee QB Ryan Tannehill left early in the fourth quarter of the Week 6 contest at Tottenham Stadium. The veteran signal-caller appeared to be hampered by an ankle injury before he was removed from the game.
After he initially went to the locker room, Tannehill was then carted off to the other side of the stadium to receive X-rays on his ankle. Backup QB Malik Willis has replaced Tannehill under center for the Titans.

Ryan Tannehill injury update
Tannehill was removed from the game due to an ankle injury. It appeared to be bothering him throughout the contest before he was eventually carted off the field.
It is unclear how Tannehill was injured. It seemed as though he was trying to battle through the ailment, but he was unable to do so.
He was listed as questionable to return and is currently undergoing X-rays on his ankle.

Vrabel said Tannehill was having a hard time moving and that trainer Todd Toriscelli told him Tannehill couldn’t go.
— Terry McCormick (@terrymc13) October 15, 2023
"(Titans trainer) Todd (Toriscelli) came up and said (Tannehilll) was having a hard time," Vrabel explained. "I knew he was having a hard time, so we talked to him about doing some different things in the gun, or what his mobility would look like. Certainly don't want to put him in harm's way (and) not have the ability to protect himself."
Tannehill missed five games last season with right ankle problems. He sat out two games after being injured in Week 7 against the Colts, then hurt the ankle again in Week 15 against the Chargers and shut it down for the season.
Titans QB depth chart
With Tannehill out of the game, Willis is the new man under center for the Titans. He has been Tannehill's backup through the first six weeks of the season.
Willis, a third-round pick in 2022 out of Liberty, played in eight games last season for Tennessee. He completed 31 of 61 passes for 276 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. He also rushed the ball 27 times for 123 yards and a score.
Will Levis, a second-round pick from 2023, is not available in the London game. He has been listed as the third-string QB for Tennessee, and as a result, he has been inactive for every game so far in 2023.
