The Broncos and Raiders continue their AFC West rivalry when they meet in the regular-season finale on Sunday.
Despite being eliminated from the playoffs, Denver (8-8) has the opportunity to finish the season with a winning record.
The Broncos are coming off a hard-fought 16-9 victory over the Chargers in Week 17.
Jarrett Stidham started in place of the benched Russell Wilson and threw for 224 yards with a touchdown.
It was Stidham's first career NFL win as a starter.
The Broncos won the game despite missing two wide receivers — Courtland Sutton (concussion) and Marvin Mims Jr. (hamstring).
Denver was officially knocked out of the postseason when Kansas City beat Cincinnati. The Broncos have not advanced to the playoffs since winning the Super Bowl following the 2015 season.
The Raiders lost to the Colts 23-20 in Week 17, which snapped a two-game winning steak and knocked them out of the playoff race.
Las Vegas quarterback Aidan O'Connell was 30 of 47 with 299 yards and two touchdowns.
Since being named starter in Week 9, O'Connell has compiled a 4-4 record, throwing for 1,661 yards, nine touchdowns and five interceptions.
Wide receiver Davante Adams had 13 receptions for 126 yards with two scores. Adams now has more than 1,000 yards for the fourth consecutive season. He needs two receptions for the fifth 100-catch, 1,000-yard season of his career.
Defensive end Maxx Crosby needs three sacks to surpass Derrick Burgess (16) for most sacks in a single season in franchise history.
