Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper is active for Sunday's game against the Chiefs and will play at Arrowhead Stadium.
Cooper is listed as questionable, and the team spent most of the week expecting him to miss Sunday's game. He missed last week's game against the Giants with a concussion and a sprained ankle, but cleared the NFL's concussion protocol Wednesday. He was a limited participant in practice Friday.
The third-year receiver has 42 catches for 499 yards and five touchdowns this season. The Raiders have their full complement of receivers suiting up Sunday, with the exception of rookie Isaac Whitney, against a Chiefs secondary minus suspended cornerback Marcus Peters.
