Jalen Hurts is the leader of the team that owns the NFL's best record in Week 12. That's why he's a favorite to be voted NFL MVP in 2022.

The Eagles quarterback will try to keep Philly (9-1) two steps ahead of the pack in the NFC playoff race when takes the field for "Sunday Night Football" against the Packers and two-time reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers.

Philadelphia would go up by a full game and a head-to-head tiebreaker over Minnesota for the No. 1 seed and the lone first-round bye in the conference playoffs if it beats Green Bay.

The Packers, meanwhile, are probably asking, "Playoffs? We just want to win a game." Their best chance is to win out over the season's final six weeks, starting with this weekend's trip to Philly  

It should be interesting to watch both teams fight for playoff positioning, albeit from opposite ends.
