New week, new hair cut for Nick Sirianni.
The Eagles are coming off a bye week in Week 5, entering Week 6 with a record of 2-2. After picking up a win over the Packers in Brazil to kick off the 2024 campaign, Jalen Hurts and Co. blew a "Monday Night Football" contest against the Falcons, narrowly edging the Saints before getting blown out by the Buccaneers.
Injuries have been a big part of the early-season struggles for the Eagles, however, after a lengthy break after the first month of the season, Philadelphia aims to get back on track with a home matchup against Cleveland in Week 6.
The bye week helped Philadelphia get a number of stars back from the injury list, including wide receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, as well as offensive tackle Lane Johnson. All three missed the Week 4 game against Tampa Bay.
The time off also allowed Sirianni to hit the barbershop, as the Eagles head coach is sporting a new look in Week 6.

Nick Sirianni new haircut, explained
Sirianni showed up to Lincoln Financial Field with a fresh look for the contest against the Browns. The Philadelphia head coach evidently used the bye week to shave his head, sporting a buzz cut coming out of the bye week.

The 43-year-old, who is in his fourth season at the helm of the Eagles, did not discuss the new look in the days leading up to the Week 6 game against the Browns, so it's unclear the exact reason for the new look. Sirianni has not had a buzz cut in the past.
It's not just a haircut, either. Sirianni said that the team is considering all options to right the ship in Philadelphia.
“I know we've done the right things to put ourselves in position this week," Sirianni said about the prep work heading into Week 6. "We'll keep tinkering with different things to try to put our guys in position. We did different drills. We had a couple different things with equipment out there. Because all we care about is that the product that we put on the field is a reflection of the things we do here. And our guys have worked really hard at it.”

At 2-2, the Eagles find themselves currently in third place in the NFC East entering Sunday, trailing the Commanders (4-1) and Cowboys (2-3). Philadelphia is narrowly ahead of the Giants (2-4) at the bottom of the division. It's possible that Philadelphia could be in the cellar if the team falls to Cleveland, depending on the result of the New York game against Cincinnati on "Sunday Night Football."
Philly fans will have to wait and see if the new haircut gives a positive result on the field for Sirianni's group.
