Nick Foles injury update: Eagles QB undergoes X-rays on ribs image

Eagles quarterback Nick Foles underwent X-rays on his ribs following Sunday’s 38-7 win over the Vikings in the NFC championship. But don’t fear, Philly fans and Patriots haters, it was merely a precaution.

“They were just checking,” Foles told ESPN. “I’m good. I’m good.”

Foles showed no sign of injury throughout the game as he completed 26 of 33 passes for 352 yards and three touchdowns. He also posted a perfect passer rating in the second half.

If it’s hard for you to believe Foles is playing so well, don’t feel bad. The man himself can hardly make sense of it all.

“I haven’t even had time to comprehend what is going on, to be honest,” Foles said after Sunday’s win. “I don’t know if I ever will.”

Foles has two weeks to let it sink in before he faces the Patriots and Tom Brady in Super Bowl 52 on Feb. 4 in Minneapolis.
