With the NFL trade deadline arriving at 4 p.m. ET Tuesday, teams are running out of time to make deals in efforts to improve their teams for either the short or long term. The latest trade rumors include names like Lions WR Golden Tate, Broncos WR Demaryius Thomas, Giants S Landon Collins, Packers S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix and 49ers WR Pierre Garcon.
In the background of all that is RB Le'Veon Bell, who still has not reported to the Steelers this season. Despite trade rumors around him all season, the odds that he'll be dealt before the trade deadline are slim. The same goes for Bills RB LeSean McCoy, who reportedly is unlikely to be traded.

Of course, big NFL trades in general are rare for several reasons. Last year's action at the trade deadline was a bit of an exception, although at least one report suggests the movement at the 2018 trade deadline will be just as interesting. Teams like the Giants and Raiders appear to be entering rebuilding mode, meaning more New York and Oakland players and their hefty contracts could be moved Tuesday.
