The NFL playoff schedule and bracket are set after an eventful Week 17 that saw several teams move in and out of the picture.

Most of the chaos occurred in the NFC, where the defending Super Bowl champion Eagles leapfrogged the Vikings for the sixth and final spot. Minnesota entered the week with a win-and-get-in scenario against the rival Bears but laid an egg, falling to 8-7-1 on the season with the 24-10 loss.

Led by Nick Foles, the Eagles took care of their own business in a wire-to-wire 24-0 win over the Redskins. Philadelphia, which closed the season winning five of six, begins the defense of its championship in the wild-card round against Chicago.

In the AFC, the Ravens held off a late comeback attempt from the Browns to clinch the AFC North and the No. 5 seed and the Colts knocked off the Titans in their prime-time play-in game for No. 6, leaving the Steelers and Titans as the odd teams out.

The Saints clinched home-field advantage in the NFC with their 13-3 record, while the Chiefs are the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The Patriots and Rams earned the other byes, and the Texans, Bears and Cowboys won their respective division titles to secured spots in the playoffs. The Chargers and Seahawks also clinched a playoff berth prior to Week 17.

The outcome of Sunday night's Colts vs. Titans game will determine the 12th and final playoff spot. In the unlikely event that game ends in a tie, the Steelers would get the No. 6 seed.

If the playoffs are anything like the regular season, this year's postseason will be exciting. Here's the full schedule for the 2019 NFL playoffs, including game times and TV information from the wild-card round to Super Bowl 53.
