The 2023 NFL regular season has come to a close. The league's 14-team playoff field was finalized after a hectic Week 18 saw the final five playoff sports and fourth division titles across the NFL clinched.

Among the most important notes from the weekend? The NFC saw status quo remain among the seven teams that entered Week 18 in the playoff picture. The Buccaneers clinched the NFC South, the Cowboys won the NFC East and the Packers won their way into the postseason with a victory over the Bears.

On the AFC side, the Texans emerged as the improbable winners of the AFC South while the Colts and Jaguars each failed to make the postseason. The Steelers snuck into the postseason thanks to a win over the Ravens, who rested their starters to ensure that they would stay healthy for the playoffs.

Finally, the Bills emerged as the winner of the AFC East in the final game of the evening. A Deonte Harty punt return touchdown sparked Buffalo to a 21-14 win despite a three-turnover outing from quarterback Josh Allen. That sets the team up as the AFC's No. 2 seed as opposed to the No. 7 seed it would have been with a loss.
